Freya Botting is a level 5 reflexology practitioner who

qualified as a level 3 reflexologist back in 2019 and

trained with the Reflexology Academy in London as a

level 5 practitioner in 2021 and later trained in

orthopaedic reflexology with Spiros Dimitrakoulas.

As well as completing Reflexology Of the Fascia with

Florence Cohen in 2023 (known as Osteopathic

Reflexology outside of the UK).

Freya also trained with Sally Kay in 2023 in

Reflexology for Lymph Drainage which can greatly

benefit patients suffering with Lymphodema and

Lipoedema to improve the circulation and drainage

of the lymph from the affected area.

Freya is currently a member of The Association Of

Reflexologists and is fully insured.

She works by applying pressure to certain zones on

the feet or hands which are linked to areas of the

body that can benefit the body by:

• Improving nerve and blood circulation.

• Lowering stress and anxiety levels.

• Helping to increase sleep quality.

• Releasing tension throughout the body.

• Decreasing pain levels.
