Paul is a fully qualified and insured Acupuncturist and is a member of The Acupuncture Society.

Paul discovered Acupuncture after contracting Glandular Fever. He suffered terrible fatigue and Fibromyalgia symptoms on a daily basis.

He was diagnosed at a later stage with Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome by Western doctors, but was offered no help, remedy or medication.

After six months of no help from his GP, Paul sought help from alternative medicine, where a friend recommended a local Acupuncturist.

With regular Acupuncture, Chinese herbs and potent Western vitamins, Paul was well on the road to recovery.

So impressed with the positive effects of his treatments, he decided to quit work and pursue a career in Chinese Medicine. In 2008, he gained a diploma in Chinese

Medicine, but decided to further his studies and train to degree level, where he gained a 1st Class BSc ( Hons) in Acupuncture.

Paul has great empathy with fellow sufferers of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia, and is fascinated by the ever increasing amount of Auto-Immune

diseases being diagnosed.

Chinese medicine also, recognises that low mood and and high anxiety can have a negative impact on a person’s body, with common symptoms such as migraines,

headaches insomnia, IBS and irregular periods, all stemming from an emotional imbalance as well as a physical one.

With further studies, he has trained in Japanese Acupuncture, Cupping, Moxa therapy, Electro-Acupuncture, Muscle energy techniques and Trigger point therapy.
