Dr. Vera Martins’ unique approach to health combines Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine
with Lifestyle Medicine. She is the only certified Lifestyle Medicine practitioner in the UK
who integrates Naturopathy and Herbal medicine into her practice.
Naturopathy is an individual-centred therapy which follows a 360-degree approach to
health. A Naturopathy consultation differs from a Nutrition consultation by acknowledging
all spheres of the patient – physical, psychological and emotional – therefore integrating
not only nutrition but also a variety of tools such as lifestyle changes, herbal medicine and
supplements to deliver a highly personalised and comprehensive treatment.
Vera will help you establishing a realistic action plan where you will be guided through
step-by-step adjustments to support gradual, sustainable changes.
