Hannah Palmer

Hannah Palmer graduated with a Masters Degree in Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy. Bringing experience

working in Essex, she is new to the area and looking forward to utilising her skillset to help the local community. Using a

combination of structural, functional and cranial techniques, she is able to treat a range of patients, from babies to adults.

Hannah is also qualified in sports massage and dry needling - techniques she is able to draw from her ‘toolbox’ to provide comprehensive

treatments.

She is a thorough practitioner, dedicated to ascertaining the cause of her patients issues. She approaches each patient with individuality,

tailoring their treatment to maximise results and avoid a ‘one-fits-all’ style.

She values the patient education, enabling them to understand mechanisms that may be causing or contributing to their pain, injury or

restrictions. She finds this knowledge motivates her patients to take control of their pain, instead of letting it control them.

Hannah enjoys treating patients from all walks of life. She appreciates how her osteopathic career is kept interesting by the diversity of the

patients she gets to help along the way. From babies to athletes, the elderly, pre and post-natal patients; she is passionate about helping

anyone she can.

Joining the multidisciplinary practice at Downham Market, she is looking forward to offering her skills to complement the team of

professionals, to optimise the wellbeing of the community.

Outside of work she leads an active lifestyle; she enjoys training at the gym, but is also a self-proclaimed nature-nerd, often found exploring

the outdoors with her dog.
