Luke is a qualified Electrical Maintenance Technician but decided he wanted a complete change in his career and found passion in helping
people and learning about the human body. This interest first started when he had a shoulder injury from playing football and had dry
needling done to his shoulder which helped release the muscle and gave him back his movement.
“I know how annoying it is to have pain whether it’s severe or just a tiny niggle. It’s constantly on your mind and restricts you from doing
activities that you like to do, whether that’s walking in the woods or playing football”.
Luke has a passion for sports and wants to help maintain people in all aspects of their life by helping prevent injuries / relieving muscle
tension / aiding recovery to help flush out metabolic waste and help prepare the muscles for events such as;
•Marathons•Iron Man•Tough Mudder •The Brave•Dragon Ride •Eroica Britannia and more.
“I aim to give clients long term results over a temporary fix to help them get back to training or doing their hobbies”.
Appointments with Luke are delivered in a up-beat manner and he’s approachable, polite and always willing to go that extra mile to ensure
his patients get the best possible treatment whether that’s with himself or putting the client in the best hands of another practitioner. Luke is
supportive and prioritises client confidence, safety and comfort throughout his session's.
“Sports massage is for everyone, not just one specific individual. There is a common myth that sports massage has to hurt to be effective or
heard the phrase “no pain, no gain”. I don’t operate this way, my goal is to help your body recover / perform, not to cause you stress”.
Why it doesn’t hurt:
•Good communication: Constantly checking in for pressure 1-10.•Customised to you: We adjust our techniques based on your specific tolerance and goals.•Gradual warming: Warm up the muscles first before commencing into deep tissue work.•Productive tension release: Melting away knots should feel like a relief, not a punishment.
“I want you to leave feeling like you can move better, feeling lighter and completely relaxed - not bruised or battered. I tailor every stroke to
your body’s unique needs.”
